Ingredients: Unpolished Urad Dal (Vigna mungo), Unpolished Moong Dal (Vigna radiata), Grated Coconut (Cocos nucifera), Black Pepper Corns (Piper nigrum), Curry Leaves (Bergera koenigii), Asafoetida (Ferula asafoetida), Unrefined Cane Sugar (Saccharum officinarum), Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera) and Salt 

Suggested Usage: Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Use a clean, dry spoon and do not retain it in container after use

Serving Suggestion: Combine with wood-pressed coconut oil and make a paste for using as a dip. Use for cooking south-indian tiffin items like podi-idli, podi-dosa, podi-aappam, podi-uttappam, podi-adai and podi-sevai 

Shelf Life: The preparation is good for 1 year from the date of packaging. If the spoon used for serving contains moisture, then the shelf life of the powder will definitely reduce.
