shipping, cancellation, exchange & refund policies

Shipping Policy
  • We usually ship out the product in 1-2 working days (Sunday holiday). Upon placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email and when the products are shipped out, we send an email with the courier tracking number. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order
  • Complaints regarding the delivery of shipments / damage / wrong status marked for delivery should be raised within 05 days of the delivery date. (Post that the courier company does not support us to take further actions)
  • We prefer shipping by Speed Post through India Post. We also use leading courier partners like Delhivery / Bluedart / DTDC. We send out the majority of the shipments through the surface. However, some temperature-sensitive products or lightweight products can be sent by air
  • Delivery time is 2-4 days across India. However, we cannot assure any date of arrival but can give an estimated time based on your order location and mode of shipment i.e. air or surface
  • Shipping charges which are shown at the time of check-out are final
Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible upon request is sent to our email: care@feelsattvic.com within 4 hours or before 12 P.M. whichever is earlier from the time of placing an order with the order id; otherwise, we will not be able to process the cancellation. However, you can reject the order on arrival and a refund of the order will be done after deducting shipping and handling charges

Exchange & Refund Policy

a. Food Items / Edibles / Supplements

  • Exchange or refund is processed if the delivered product had a quantity difference and / or was in unconsumable conditions (Unconsumable can mean leaking, expired or spoiled food items). Kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Supporting images or any other proof will be very helpful to resolve the issue faster
  • Kindly follow the storage and cooking instructions as mentioned on the package
  • Kindly do not accept any leaking, damaged parcel from the courier
  • For any other reasons, exchange/refunds cannot be processed due to food safety reasons. However, we are always available to hear from you and will be ready to help as much as we can

b. Personal Care Items / Cosmetics

  • Exchange or refund is processed if the package arrived broken or expired or a different product arrived than was ordered
  • Exchange or refund cannot be processed, if change of mind and even if the product is sealed
  • Return/Exchange to be notified within 24 hours from the arrival. Return/Exchange can only happen once the item reaches back or is otherwise confirmed from our side. All eligible refunds are done within 7 working days after the product arrives at the return address. If you feel you have a case about exchange or refund beyond these policies, please write to us at care@feelsattvic.com
