Suggested Usage: Oil pulling has to be done in empty stomach before brushing the teeth in the morning & before sleep at night. Take one tablespoon of oil and swish it around the mouth for 10 minutes. The oil has to be pulled and forced between all the teeth. If correctly done, the oil turns milky white and thinner. This process deep cleanses the oral cavity, collects toxins & unnecessary micro- organisms in the oil. Spit the swished oil and brush the complete oral cavity with our super premium herbal oral care powder to remove remaining oil. Rinse thoroughly with pure normal water. Use twice a day, particularly before sleep at night for effective oral hygiene
